Center for Family Life’s Hiring Solutions program helps businesses and organizations identify and recruit qualified personnel. Hiring Solutions is a free service to employers that helps you:

Supporting Cooperatives

The Center has partnered with community residents to organize three cooperative businesses. Each cooperative seeks to create living wage jobs in safe environments, and provides social supports and educational opportunities for its members.

Before, I worked alone as a housecleaner. I earned $8 per hour and was often scared about safety and not getting paid my full wage. Now I average about $20 per hour and I feel safe and supported by all of the women in the cooperative.
